[Feature Request]: Tab line on left

### What?

I think it'd be nice to have the tab line show first (on the left hand side) rather than on the right hand side but I couldn't find a configuration option for this.
If a configuration option could be added for this, that would be nice to have.

### Why?

Having this would allow me to keep most of the code I'm looking at and all the UI elements I need to care about closely together. I'd still like to have the buffer line but since that takes most of the screen I don't mind as much about it being further along to the right.
