Implement Delete Saved Recipe

Was planning on creating a delete button for the saved recipe page, but scrapped it in favor of more essential functionality. There is a delete button in the handlebars for savedPage that is currently commented out. You will have to uncomment it and also create the function to delete the corresponding ID number from the user’s object.
When you go to the saved page and view a saved recipe, there will be an 'edit recipe' button. The delete button was meant to be next to that.
