Substitutes on click listeners still work when not on swap ingredients page

When a user wants to look at an individual ingredient from a recipe while browsing, they can look at the issues and substitutes. However, the listener to change colors for substitutes still works even though there is no swapping functionality on the page. To replicate this, click on the browse meals page and select the first recipe. Then select the first ingredient, after that select the "Show alternatives" button, and select a substitute to see that the color changes to green. A possible fix would be to have better file management to separate the functionality of showing ingredients from the rest of the swapping.
