I would be very happy if it was possible to give a planet to an other empire.
It has happened to me that I sent a fleet to conquer a planet, but before my
fleet reached the planet, the fleet of one of my allies conquered it. Then I
conquered it from my ally and could not give it back without using a cheat.
I would be happy if giving away a planet had consequences in the dipomatic
relations also.
