FixUnofficialPatches uses lush distant terrain images

The Unofficial Patches in the Release 2.005 Patch 1 caused the Lush distant view textures (LOD?) to be used.

Video quality set to Ultra or Maximum

Start new game and move to desert and you can see the trees on the horizon in the ice pains region.

If you start in the Ice Plains and look south to the Iridium caves you can see cliffs have greenery.

Remove the FixUnofficialPatches and the correct textures are displayed.
