BS4 formatter not expanding attributes to new line

I have setup formatter for html as

```
"formatter_version": "bs4",
"format_on_save": true, // Format on save
"indent_size": 2, // indentation size
"expand_tags": true, //expand attributes to new line
```

But it does not expand attributes to new line.

PS: I can not use regex parser because regex parser automatically removes ":" character from tag's attribute's name. for eg `v-ref:key-name` is transformed to `v-ref="" name=""`
