Hello,

When I try to format an SCSS file, ST3 showing me this error:

```
CodeFormatter

Format error:
formatting python files on ST3 not supported!
```

Steps to repeat:
- Open a file ending with SCSS
- cmd+P, "Format as SCSS syntax"
=> Throwing error
