HTML formatting indent size not working properly

I usually have all my code set to indent 2 spaces, which was working fine for the longest time with your plugin, however, something stopped working recently with it lately. I switched over to ST3 about a month ago and installed the plugin, which works fine for CSS and JS, but the HTML indent option seems to double the value that's inputted. If I put 2 spaces in the user settings, it indents 4 spaces, so I have to set the indent size to 1 in order to get the results I'm looking for. I usually work on a PC from home, but have only been using this plugin lately at work, which is a Mac, so I don't know if that makes any difference.
