ST3 backup files non sorting by date.

When I open backup list for a file, items looking like random sort. If it can be in a date sort and inside of date can be time sort it would be better.

The issue names only the Sublime Text backup list, not a file or test. Locate the Python entry point that builds that list, inspect the existing ordering behavior, and confirm completion by seeing backup entries ordered by date and then by time.
