Terms and Conditions (ToS)

As a user I want to know what are Terms and Conditions of a website so that I know what I can or cannot do. I should be forced to read it and accept on first visit before continuing to use the app (or just by using it I agree to ToS)

## Notes
We want to make a page that will show our Terms and Conditions of a webiste.
We then need to consult this document with someone who knows more about law.
It should be easy, white background, black text page with no fancy stuff
