## Description
Implementation of the [E01](https://github.com/akai-org/put-wiki/blob/main/docs/product/requirements.md#e01-wy%C5%9Bwietlanie-informacji-o-przedmiotach-i-prowadz%C4%85cych) functional requirement from docs. Also lecturers should have their own profile page. However here data should be fetched from official sources only (e.g. strony prowadzących, institutes, etc)

## Scope
### What is included:
- Short lecturer bio, image, scientific titles and links to official PUT websites.
- Valid and always fresh data of where to find the lecturer (for consultations).
- What courses are taught by this lecturer.
- Contact information.

### Out of scope:
- Students opinions of lecturers by course type they conduct (epic #24 handles it)

## Related user stories (that an epic consists of)

We should minimize the risk of having false data on this page, especially due to legal issues.
