Design

Within this epic we want to design the whole portfolio.

Essentially, we want to define a few things:

1. User Experience & Features
- What is the main goal of the site? (e.g., showcasing work, blogging, attracting clients, etc.)
- What kind of user roles exist? (Admin vs. Public users)
- How will users navigate the site?
- What kind of look & feel do you want? (Minimalist? Sci-fi? Dark mode?)
2. Define Portfolio Features
- Hero Section
- Short bio with an introduction.
- Profile picture or illustration.
- Eye-catching tagline or quote.
- Posts Section
- Markdown-based blog posts.
- Tags or categories for filtering?
- Search functionality?
- Projects Section
- GitHub integration: Fetch repos dynamically or manually add?
- Display screenshots or just links?
- Tech stack badges?
3. Define Admin Features
- Authentication: Login via email/password or social login (GitHub, Google)?
- Post management: Markdown editor with preview?
- Project management: Fetch from GitHub or fully manual?
- Media uploads? (Images for posts/projects)
- Draft mode for posts?
4. Define Tech Constraints & Scalability
- SQLite for storage—will this scale later?
- Will you need an API versioning strategy?
- Will posts/projects support comments, likes, or any interactivity?
5. Create Wireframes
- Sketch the homepage layout.
- Design the post editor UI.
- Plan the admin panel structure.
