Add Classic Ludo Game to the Project

### Problem or Missing Functionality

It is not an issue though, but I only want to add a game that most of the Indians like i.e. a Simple Ludo game

### Feature Description

I'd like to contribute a new game to the platform — the classic Ludo Game, built using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. This multiplayer board game is widely loved and fits perfectly within the retro gaming theme of the project. The implementation will include:

🎲 Dice roll animation and logic

🧩 Turn-based gameplay (2–4 players)

🏁 Winning condition logic and movement rules

🎨 Retro-themed design consistent with the current UI

🧠 Game state management in JavaScript

Why Ludo?
Ludo is a timeless board game that adds strategic fun and supports multiple players, which increases engagement on the platform. Adding it would enhance the variety and offer a more social game experience.
