throw away bad calibration samples

When recording new samples during calibration ([hand_eye_calibration.py](https://github.com/airo-ugent/airo-mono/blob/main/airo-camera-toolkit/airo_camera_toolkit/calibration/hand_eye_calibration.py)), throw away samples that increase calibration error tenfold (or other threshold). These samples are probably low quality and not some kind of bad space of the optimization region you have to pass.
