## Connector request
Add a new source connector for the public arXiv API so users can sync academic paper metadata into Airbyte-supported destinations.

## Notes
The arXiv API is public and does not require authentication. It returns Atom/XML from `https://export.arxiv.org/api/query` and recommends a request cadence of roughly three requests per second.
