Airbyte version 2.0.0

As described here - (https://docs.airbyte.com/platform/understanding-airbyte/secrets#operational-details) - these secrets are being created but the cleanup of these secrets are not happening. I would expect to see these secrets delete after 2 hours but they are present.

For the 'actual` workplace id secret, when a new version is created, the V1 secret is correctly being deleted.
