[destination-azure-blob-storage] Full refresh files are not being deleted

None

### Relevant information

Having recently updated 1.0.3, refresh overwrite option for each of the streams that we are writing to Azure Storage: every night’s write is successful but the prior synch’s files are never deleted.

I can see in the log where it’s attempting to identify based on a regex the files to delete, but I don’t see any errors where it was unsuccessful and the files are not being removed.
