[helm] allow connectors to use workload identity federation credentials on kubernetes

## Tell us about the problem you're trying to solve
What are you trying to do, and why is it hard?
I am unsure if this is possible today or not. Looking to understand if Airbyte can use a service account that has workload ident. fed. applied to it. This would be useful I think from the context of Kubernetes and avoiding the usage of service account keys.

Be able to use a service account with workload ident. on GKE.

Service account keys are not an option
