CI: Try to replace "details" link on "Connector Test" check results to go directly to the HTML report output

The goal would be to override the "details" link on check results to go straight to the HTML report output that is generated by `airbyte-ci`, rather than to the job run page. This would assuming the job succeeded as far as being able to create an html report in the first place. If not, we'd keep the original URL to the GitHub Actions execution with no change.
