Failed to run a manifest-only connector (source-zendesk-support)

We are using [`source-zendesk-support`](https://docs.airbyte.com/integrations/sources/zendesk-support) connector with PyAirbyte and the connector started to fail several days ago.
The error seems to be caused by the connector's recent migration to manifest-only format (https://github.com/airbytehq/airbyte/pull/61599).
Any fixes or workarounds available?
