Can't use docker container (source or destination) if docker engine is not on the same host as PyAirbyte (Docker in Docker)

Temporary config or catalog files are not accessible from the container because the paths to access them differ between the PyAirbyte and Docker hosts.
Providing the `AIRBYTE_TEMP_DIR` variable alone does not resolve this issue.

The only way to do it is to map the same /tmp directory of both hosts, which is far from ideal.

I propose this PR #644 to address this issue.
