PoC v2.1: Extend the PoC to the AiOD REST API Synchronization

This issue continues the work from the previous task related to setting up the primary and secondary nodes (#32). The goal is to begin synchronisation testing with the REST API:

1. **Generate the Debezium Connect configuration** (as defined in the previous step).
Automate the generation of Debezium source table configurations, supporting external settings for include/exclude tables, data-type conversions, and any additional rules required for a flexible and maintainable CDC setup.

2. **Configure the synchronisation project** so it points to the REST API’s MySQL DB.
3. **Validate** that Debezium correctly captures changes and synchronizes data across all nodes.
