### Describe the bug
`aiomysql.connect()` accepts the argument `server_public_key`
https://github.com/aio-libs/aiomysql/blob/0309e5f5b5115c58d23220fea32168478f8811a1/aiomysql/connection.py#L48-L56
but it is not passed on to `_connect()`.
