DNS over HTTPS (DoH)

### Is your feature request related to a problem?

I would like to use [Mullvad](https://mullvad.net/en/help/dns-over-https-and-dns-over-tls#specifications) as my DNS resolver, but I can't use the [AsyncResolver](https://docs.aiohttp.org/en/stable/client_advanced.html#resolving-using-custom-nameservers) because Mullvad only supports DoH or DoT.

### Describe the solution you'd like

I think the best solution would be to have a class in aiohttp.resolver for it.

### Describe alternatives you've considered

An alternative solution would be to make this into an external library, but I think a "basic" feature like DoH should be provided by aiohttp.

I was able to find a library called [aiohttp-doh](https://pypi.org/project/aiohttp-doh/) that adds DoH support to aiohttp, but it is outdated and does not work anymore.
