Add ability to specify custom AccessLogger and connection related parameters during application creation

## Long story short

This is follow up of [SO question](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/50801910/custom-access-log-in-aiohttp). Currently, there is no reliable and easy way to set custom AccessLogger class/instance when creating application. Possible solutions are either overcomplicated or use deprecated/not recommended techniques.

## Expected behaviour

Ability to set custom AccessLogger and connection related parameters during application creation/configuration. Before application startup.

## Actual behaviour

Lack of such ability.
