OSError: [Errno 9] Bad file descriptor with uvloop

### Describe the bug

Hello! After updating aiohttp to 3.11.13 we see new errors.

### To Reproduce

I don't know how to reproduce these errors, but it seems they are somehow connected with cancellation.
