Table Of Contents bleeds into the documentation instead of wrapping around

I would assume something with the CSS is broken and is something I ignored assuming it would fix itself but this seems to be an actual problem. I might go in and fix it later after work today, otherwise hopefully someone else will get to it. I used this style of documentation for the [deprecated-params](https://deprecated-params.readthedocs.io/en/latest/) library because the theme was simplistic and readable and had the cleanest format for providing readable code examples.
