Beschreibung
The effectiveness of parallel fitness evaluation should be improved. The promising way is to use DASK instead joblib.
The implementation itself should go to GOLEM - https://github.com/aimclub/GOLEM, but the main aim is to make FEDOT computations faster.
The ideas from draft PR https://github.com/aimclub/GOLEM/pull/247 can be re-used
Time and memory constrainsts should be taken into account
