In addition to the existing action items (turning the air conditioner on/off or playing back a text with the text-to-speech API), we would like to integrate with Twilio.
In the scenarios presented in the literature, when the elder falls down, the caregiver is alerted via SMS / phonecall. Twilio can do phonecalls with pre-registered messages.
