analyzing DICOM format from GE

Hi There,
I am a student and trying to utilize this tool on one of my assignments.
Thank you for your work on this AI tool.

I am hoping to use this tool, for assessing Echo videos from GE machine, i understand from the list its not supported. However, is it atall possible after converting the RAW DICOM to plain DICOM format ?
I tried that, and this has the following error .

To clarify, these images can be played using MicroDICOM viewer, this suggest that the images are readable using a normal DICOM readers.

Any suggestions on this matter will greatly help.
