Button (or strategy) to update the containers with the latest versions, especially `aiida-core`, and with check for updates

I experienced that, for containers which are created some time ago, we can start encountering incompatibilities. This is mainly due to the fact that, there, old `aiida-core` (<2.5) version are present.
The problem in not specifically for the app itself, but for the plugins (we cannot - or at least we do not - test also them, wrt the AiiDA version) and dependencies.

A strategy to solve this is to help the user to update easily AiiDA and the other packages, so we can safely develop the plugins using the latest version of the code. The versions of these packages should be taken from the last docker image (or at list from the resulting container).

It would be useful to have a button which pops up if new AiiDA version can be installed.
