improve the table and muon indexing

it is not easy to map the muons from the table to the indexes in the downloaded cif. we should order the H as in the table, and make it easier to map them. Also, delta E seems in eV, but we should have it in meV.
also, the crystal coordinates should be relative to the unit cell, not supercell...

these needs to be fixed in aiida-muon, but I open the issue here as it is important for the app.
