mcif and magnetism options in the app

- [ ] *later* use of mcif should be connected to magnetism option, and show a warning (should be also possible to disable muon magnetism with the button)
- [ ] *later* **and** we need to connect magnetization in advanced with the magmoms in the muon
- [ ] *later* write somewhere that Magnetism will increase the cost

Review how these controls are connected, then verify that mcif triggers the requested warning, muon magnetism can be disabled, advanced magnetization is connected, and the increased cost is documented.
