`DockerException` if using `aiidalab-launch` installed via `pipx` on `arm` arch

If I try to use `aiidalab-launch` installed via `pipx`, in `arm` (but I did not test for `amd`), I obtain the following:

`docker.errors.DockerException: Error while fetching server API version: Not supported URL scheme http+docker`

If then I install via `pip install aiidalab-launch`, if works fine.
Not sure what is the issue, or even if it is an issue of `aiidalab-launch` or of my environment, need to investigate more.
