AiiDA DB migration message is hidden from the user upon container startup

When bump the aiida-core to 2.4.0, after the database migration requires a rehash on the calcjob nodes (https://github.com/aiidateam/aiida-core/blob/main/CHANGELOG.md#v240---2023-06-22), the information will pop to command line but since the migration is run in container started, the message not properly show to AiiDAlab user to make the operation.

Could be a way to store the message in a file and render it to the home app.
