Allow `verdi archive info` to display archive information without import

This is to save the time required for importing. -> What about also using `sqlite_zip` for this repository functionality here, which doesn't require importing.

Note, however, that both, `verdi archive info`, as well as using the archive for an `sqlite_zip` profile require previous migration, if the archive version is not up to date.
