Logger is not showing in other modules

## Problem Description
PASEOS seem to prevent other modules from logging

## Expected Behavior
Other modules should be able to use the logger

## What Needs to be Done
Identify why this happens and fix it.

## How Can It Be Tested or Reproduced
Run Paseos in another module and try to use logging therein.
