描述

/proc/sys/fs/inotify/max_user_watches: Permission denied
as root user
/etc/sysctl.conf
sudo /sbin/sysctl -p
sudo sysctl -w fs.aio-max-nr=1231231

got same error
can't run some code on dev mode
how to fix it
