[Feature request] Publish as tanstack devtools plugin

Thanks for the tool, it's really useful

I was thinking if it can be added as a third-party-plugin to tanstack devtools:

I have many "dev-tools" in my app (tanstack query, nextjs devtool, react-scan, react-grab)

By integrating react-scan as a tanstack devtools plugin we can have all tools in a centralized place instead of many floating elements around the screen
