add: docs for palette feature

main: add docs explaining how palette feature works

could potentially improve onboarding, explains usability more

ex: when i use the budge feature, i can press shift + arrow to go faster, but that's not super intuitive
would be nice to have docs on react-grab.com that explain all these little tips and tricks instead of linking to the readme
