Allow Ctrl/Cmd+C copy shortcut while React Grab toolbar is minimized

Currently, copying the focused/selected element via `Ctrl+C` / `Cmd+C` appears to depend on the React Grab UI being open/visible.

It would be useful if the copy shortcut still worked when the React Grab toolbar is minimized, as long as an element is currently selected/focused by React Grab. This would let users keep the toolbar out of the way while still quickly copying the selected element context.
