I tried to run it on Windows, but cannot do it at all.
- Which Python version are you using? With Python 3.8 and later it's not working (lower versions I didn't try).
- Installing the requirements is kind of impossible task. In general, packages referencing different versions of `numpy`, `scipy`, `requests`...
- Tried also forks from the pull requests, but both (Docker and Windows specific build not working)
