Currently the workflow to validate organization standards only supports the old [branch protection](https://github.com/ai-cfia/fertiscan-datastore/settings/branches).
Can it also support branch protection by [rulesets](https://github.com/ai-cfia/fertiscan-datastore/settings/rules)?
