**Context**
Fertiscan work very well, but if the user see an issue or want to give a feedback how the user can do this ? Actually the user has no way of communicating with the development team.
**Outcome**
The user can be write a feedback or an issue with a link who can be clicked on the application. In addition, the user can send multiple forms.
**Acceptance Criteria**
- [ ] The user can write a feedback
- [ ] The user can write an issue
- [ ] The dev team can read the feedback and issue
