As a dev, I want create test samples from the real examples

### Context :

Currently, we have a list of label_data on the repository we use for testing. Ideally we'd like to fetch the content of the database and use it to test our pipeline.

### Acceptance Criteria :

- The aggregated data need to be compatible with our schema.
- The structure of the pipeline should not be affected.
