Description
WebScraper creates ShowEntity / BroadcastEntity objects relative to the user's timezone at the time of scraping. However, we would ideally store all LocalTime-based objects relative to a UTC zone and then dynamically calculate the system timezone offset at runtime. E.g. If a user initialized the app in GMT-8, and travelled to GMT-6, everything in the UI including schedule grid should reflect the new zone.
