Country codes

Hi,

Looking at the fixtures I noticed something strange: Chad is given code "ID" (https://github.com/agusmakmun/django-address-model/blob/master/django_address/fixtures/countries-code.json#L244). This clashes with Indonesia and according to Wikipedia should be "TD" instead.

I did not check all codes, just saw this case by chance. I'd suggest controlling your data, maybe in an automated way.
