Links in "Acknowledgements" out of date

Looks like there are a couple of links in the acknowledgements section of the README that point to old urls.

I think the new redux documentation has similar pages as these old links, but looks like the real-world example returns a 404, and the redux link points to the older rackt repo.

I think new links should be:
