Improve sorting of proxies when adjusting RSSI offsets

I've got a few scanners, so it makes my brain hurt trying to find the right one in the list.

It would be great if the list you edit was sorted alpha-numerically, or by MAC address, but the analysis of the changes might be helpful to be sorted by distance at 1m smallest to largest?

Below I'm trying to adjust the preference of my Great Room scanner vs Office and it's giving me a headache :)

No files, tests, or entry points are named in the issue. Start by locating the RSSI-offset adjustment list and the analysis of changes at 1m, then verify the requested ordering for both views. Done means the editable list is sorted alphanumerically or by MAC address and the analysis is sorted by distance from smallest to largest.
