Tracking Tile Sticker devices

I've got Tile Stickers attached to our cats since they are the smallest BLE device I could find - Seems like they worked great for about 3 months then they all went 'not_home' at the same time.

The Tile sticker seems to have consistent UUID/0xFEED data, and ESPresense is able to track them using device named 'tile:26d921e48082' (although i can't associate the 26:xxx mac address with anything - seems to be the first MAC address of the tile device it sees, then tracks it based on UUID from there).

Is there a way with Bermuda or HA to track based on UUID instead of MAC? Would be willing to sponsor this work/use case since I can't find a BLE tracker as small as Tile Sticker to make it cat tolerable.
